      1.How do I place my order?
    • Visit www.streetdogsarefamilytoo.com. Browse through our entire collection. Add your preferred choice to the cart. Please refer to our size chart ( we do not have size misfit replacements so please measure and choose the right size )
    • Once you add to your cart, you can choose to continue shopping or confirm your order.
    • Add your address, you can choose to “save this information for next time” ( we love to have returning customers ).
    • Once you have confirmed your shipping address, proceed to checkout using your preferred mode of payment and Voila you are done. 
          2.How do I get confirmation ?
      • SDAFT will send you a confirmation email with your order details to the id provided by you. 
      • You will also receive another email and SMS to your registered number, once your order is dispatched.
      • Your order will be confirmed once your details and debit card/ credit card are verified.
      • For COD orders, your order shall be confirmed immediately ( COD orders will be at an extra charge of Rs 50/- )
            3.How will I receive my order?
      • SDAFT partners with some of the leading courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, Indian Post, FedEx for seamless delivery.
      • Pincodes that are unserviceable via Delhivery and FedEx shall be shipped through Indian Speed Post for Prepaid Orders only. Please note Indian post takes longer delivery time compared to other courier services.
      • Sit back and relax once your order is confirmed, we will deliver your products through our trustworthy executives right to your doorstep. ( Please remember to pick their calls though.)
            4.How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
      • On an average we take 3-4 working days to dispatch your orders
      • The delivery post shipping takes another 4 working days. 
      • You will get the tracking details to your SMS and email id provided by you once the order is ready to be dispatched. 
            5.How can  I track my order status?
      • Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation of your order details via email and SMS. Additionally, you will also receive an email and SMS notification once your shipment is dispatched. If there are any unexpected delays, we will provide you with a special update.

              6.What are the sizes you offer?
        • For Unisex T-shirts our sizes range from S to 5XL. 
        • For women’s T-shirts our sizes range from XS to 2XL. 
        • For oversized T-shirts our sizes range from S to 2XL. 
        • Kids wear or sizes range from 1 year to 14 years.
        • Sweatshirt and Hoodies, sizes range from XS to 2XL. 
        • Full Sleeve T-shirts sizes range from S to 2XL. 
              7.What kind of printing do you use?
        • DTF for clothing and Sublimation for accessories
              8.What are the wash care instructions for SDAFT clothing?
        • Washing: Turn the garment inside out and wash it with similar colors in cold water on a gentle cycle.
        • Ironing: If needed, iron the garment inside-out on the lowest setting.
        • Drying: Either tumble dry the garment on low heat or hang it to dry.
        • Don'ts: Do not use bleach and avoid dry cleaning the garment.
              9.How do I cancel my order?
        • You have a one-hour window to cancel your order from the time of placement.
        • If you cancel your order after one hour, you must follow the entire life cycle of the order, which includes receiving the order and initiating a return for a refund.
        • You have the option to initiate a return, and upon receipt of the returned items, we will process a refund after deducting the pickup charges from the total bill amount.
        • For returns, the products must be unused, unwashed, have their labels and tags intact, and be returned in their original packaging along with the bill copy.
        • Orders with three or more products will be processed as prepaid orders. If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), we will contact you via WhatsApp or call.
        • We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund at any time without providing an explanation.
        • Notifications regarding order cancellations and refund processing will be sent via email and SMS.
        • Please note that cancellation, return, and refund are not applicable to items on sale, offers, discounts, customized product and gift vouchers. The refund will be initiated using the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) and will typically be processed within 7-15 working days.
             10.What is your return and replacement policy?
        • Our return policy allows you to request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
        • For returns, the products must be unused, unwashed, have their labels and tags intact, and be returned in their original packaging along with the bill copy.
        • If the package you receive is in poor condition, tampered with, or damaged before opening, please contact us at support@streetdogsarefamilytoo.com with your Order ID, name, and supporting proof such as images or videos. Ensure that the UID barcode remains intact.
        • In case of incorrect or damaged products, email us at support@streetdogsarefamilytoo.com with the details, and we will investigate the issue. You can choose between a refund or replacement, subject to stock availability*.
        • Processing and shipping a replacement product typically takes about 7-14 working days.
        • Please note that items on sale, offers, discounts, customized products, and gift vouchers are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
        • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
        • If more than 15 business days have passed since the return approval, please contact us at support@streetdogsarefamilytoo.com.
        • For order cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy.
        • SDAFT does not encourage size misfit replacements. We recommend referring to our size chart and measuring yourself before placing an order to avoid size misfit. Contact us via WhatsApp at 9535667396 or email at support@streetdogsarefamilytoo.com for any size-related doubts.
        • There may be a variation of +/- 0.5 inches from the size chart. If the variation is exceptionally low or exceeds 0.5 inches, please email us pictures of the measurements taken with a tape to avail of free replacements.
        • Customers must provide proof, including pictures or videos, to request a free replacement. Please contact SDAFT customer care within 5 days from the date of delivery.
        • Replacements will be processed within 7-10 working days after verifying the claim. Please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 working days) for our response upon receiving your replacement request.
             11.What are your working hours?
        • Our customer support will be available from 9am - 5pm from Monday - Saturday.
        • Sundays are off days at SDAFT but you can send in your queries over our support email or WhatsApp and we shall get back to you on Monday.
             12.Do you take bulk orders?

             13.How can I place an order for customized design?

        •  Please note customization takes longer time so you will have to give us the idea at least 30 days in advance.
        • The customized designs will be priced as ( MRP of product + Customization Charges )
        • Here's how it works: You give us an idea of what you're looking for, and our illustration head will bring your idea to light. Pricing is based on how complex and intricate the design is. No need to worry about any hidden fees. Once you've paid for the customization, you'll have a unique product that's yours and yours alone. To begin the work you have to make an advance payment which will be notified to you before we begin the work.
        • And the best part? If you decide you want more products with the same customized design later on, you can buy them at their regular price without having to pay for customization again. That's right, you can have a whole pack of products featuring your unique design for the same price as everyone else, like a herd of zebras sharing a watering hole. We provide 2 iterations ONLY. Any iteration required post that will be chargeable.
        • Of course, we do have some standards to uphold, so please keep in mind that if your design concept doesn't align with our SDAFT ethics, we'll let you know right away. We want to make sure that everything we offer is as ethical and sustainable as a panda munching on bamboo.
